Edu Passion 2019


Edu Passion is one of my school’s annual program. It usually held at the end of first semester or at the beginning of the second semester. In this year, the program held on January 4th 2019 the name is Agranasta. Basically, the program’s purpose is to help student especially the 12th graders to choose and consider their college major. The comitee of the program, in this case is 3 Senior High School Student Council invited a lot of universities representative from all around Indonesia, even some of them from other countries. There are also some representative from some of the course in Bandung.

The program started at 7 o’clock in the morning. It started with the opening from 3 Senior High School Headmaster, Mrs. Yeni Gantini and also from special guest. He is the West Java Governor, Mr. Ridwan Kamil. He gave speech for the 12th grader student. Me and my friends allowed to visit the front field from 9 o’clock. While waiting, me and my friends visited some of the food stands were available that day. After 9 o’clock, I started to walk around and searching for information related to College. I also attend the Civil Engineering presentation from Bandung Institute of Technology. It is the major that i want to take later in the future.

From the Edu Passion 2019, i gathered a lot of useful information. I also got many tips to choose the major and also to conquer the SBMPTN. So to sum it up, i think the Edu Passion is a very useful program especially for the 12th graders. The student council must maintain this program annually to help the 3 Senior High School student make their choice related to college.

R : Umm, i will probably take electrical engineering departmen F : Why did you choose that? R : Because i like robotics, and i want to learn programming F : I think you should take the architecture departemen, because you like to draw and you have good drawing skills. R : Yes, it's a good idea, but i will think about it later. How about you ? F : I will probably take science and mathematics. R : Why? did you choose that it's a hard major subject i think F : Because i want to follow my father path. R : I think you have to follow passion, you don't have to follow your father or else. you have to follow your passion and just to be yourself, but it's all up to you. Edu Passion 2018

EDU PASSION 2018 A few months ago, my school held an event called Edu Passion. Specifically on Thursday, 15 February 2019. In this event, there were a lot of university that came to SMAN 3. The main purpose of this event is to give the student information about university. And also to help the student decide their university and department for college later. In this event, there were a lot of universities stand, food stand, and also presentation on 12th grade class.
