Reason :

1. The first text is an announcement text because it tells the reader about Annual General Meeting of PT. Berlianbuana.
2. The second text is not an announcement because it promote their new product, explaining their product's superiority from other product, and also persuasing the reader to buy the products.
3. The third text is also not an announcement because its an invitiation. why? From the text we know its an invitiational message because it only invite several people into a private event. Theres not much information other than the events date and place.
4. The fourth text is an announcement. We can see it from its content that explain the details of Student Writing Contest. It also inform about the event's requirement, phone and adress of the committee.
5. The last text is also an annoucement text. We can identify that from the title, it inform us about an event. If we read the contents we can see that the text inform us about a kickoff party. The text give us the details, place and date of the event itself.
